Return/Exchange Policy

Products purchased from BabyTreks.com are eligible for return and are accepted up to 30 days from the shipping date. Returns should be returned in the original packaging and in “like new” condition to receive a product refund. Please email us HERE for your return questions. Please note that you will need to send you order number as well as the email address used for your order. Once your return request is submitted, a member from our customer support team will review and process it. Please note that a $25 restocking fee will be charged for all returns and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Your product refund will be processed within 7 business days after your return is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for you to see your product refund reflected on your credit card statement. You will receive real-time updates about your return via email.
